Salem Hadim - Consultant
Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology where he is currently finishing his PhD studies. He also holds several professional certificates from IBM and Sun Microsystems Inc. Salem joined Prolifics on May 2006 and chose the SOA/Business Integration group for his enablement plan. Salem has been on several assignments already focusing and expanding his expertise in developing and implementing SOA solutions. He is proficient in working with products such as WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere MQ.

Debbie Marcet - Sales
Joined Prolifics in 1996 as a Technical Sales Engineer, and later joined the sales team as an Account Executive. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Alabama – Huntsville with a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Debbie has worked in IT for many years. Before joining Prolifics, she worked as an Engineer Assistant on a NASA project, and later as a software developer for a Top Secret project for the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Sue Allard - Director of HR
Graduated in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Orchestral Performance in French Horn from The Manhattan School of Music in New York City. She initially accepted a part-time position in Human Resources at Prolifics in September of 1988 while concurrently working as professional musician for many years in NYC. While 'learning the ropes' at Prolifics, Sue enjoyed working at many of the different performance venues in New York City including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and a stint on Broadway with "Showboat" to name a few.

Andy Blank - Solution Director
B.S. in Computer Science with concentration in Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Rochester, NY, earned in 1994. Started working for Prolifics on September 19, 1994 as a phone-based tech support agent for JAM and has gone one to work as a Technical Trainer and then Training Manager for JAM, a Senior Consultant, Architect, Project Manager, Winback Practice Manager and now Solution Director.
"Prolifics is a company that is large enough to really help out our customers and our employees, but small enough that an individual can make an impact. I tell every interviewee that we're not a body shop. We do care about our employees, and we invest in them. If someone wants to invest back in the company, the company will be flexible and allow that person to grow and change. I was here right out of college, with limited experience. Prolifics gave me the opportunity to work at literally a dozen different jobs over the years. Through all that, I can still walk into Nicolas, Bob, or Frank’s offices, and speak directly to them about the company, issues that matter to me, and whatever else is on my mind. I think almost anyone can do that here."
