She has experience in all things HR, including administering benefit programs and managing the complete employee life-cycle. Her current responsibilities include overseeing a team of HR professionals and operations for our locations in Europe and North America. Michele works closely with the Prolifics Leadership Team and Managers across all departments, sharing her expertise in the areas of compliance, employee relations, performance management and organization development.
