Arup Datta is a senior consultant in the field of process transformation, machine learning, enterprise content management and robotic process automation, with extensive experience in design, modeling, integration, and development. With expertise delivering end-to-end solutions, assessments, and estimations, Datta defines strategic architecture and provides business and technology consulting to IT and business partners across several industries, including finance, banking, insurance, health care and retail.
Ryan Sparks has been with IBM for seven years, working in the business automation space. Sparks started his career working in IBM Expert Labs as a consultant, where he helped clients design and implement business automation solutions leveraging IBMs many automation capabilities. Since beginning his role in Expert Labs, he has transitioned to the North American IBM RPA Program Lead, focusing on enabling clients and business partners on the power and benefits of IBM RPA.
