Prolifics India Extends International Women’s Day Celebration

As both an international company and a company that provides deep expertise in technology services and consulting, Prolifics understands the importance of fostering and celebrating equity across our teams. Our Chairman and Managing Director, Satya Bolli, expressed what we all know to be true. “The contribution of women to our organization is invaluable. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and support their growth,” Bolli said. “We recognize that diversity and inclusion are key to our success, and we remain committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. We will continue to prioritize the advancement of women in our organization and beyond.”

More than 40% of our teams across India are women. In honor of them, and in celebration of International Women’s Day, our Prolifics India team expressed their appreciation by gifting them with Ikkat Silk stoles, shawls, and scarves. This gesture in the Indian culture signifies respect and gratitude.

The intricate pieces presented to our women workforce were woven by local female artisans who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only was Prolifics able to honor our employees, we were also able to support small businesses affected by the pandemic. This initiative is just one example of our commitment to support small local businesses and empower their female workforce.

Dr. Sarat Addanki, Prolifics’ Head of Client Success of Prolifics, describes our larger mission. “Our support for small local businesses and women’s empowerment is not just a corporate social responsibility. It is a crucial aspect of building a more sustainable and equitable society. Our collaboration with local female weavers is an attempt to recognize their contribution to our cultural heritage and support their livelihood.”

Our India teams also participated in educational and wellness activities throughout the week. Our offices in North America and Europe hosted similar activities.
