Prolifics Recognized with Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation

Orlando, Fla., Feb. 9, 2022 – Prolifics, a global digital transformation leader, is proud to announce that we have received Cigna’s Silver level Healthy Workforce Designation for the United States. This recognition reflects our commitment to improving the health and well-being of our employees through workplace wellness programs.

The Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation evaluates organizations based on the core components of their well-being program, including leadership and culture, program foundations, program execution, and whole person health.

In 2022, Prolifics’ wellness programming included:

• Monthly wellness newsletters with a range of wellbeing tips and techniques, recipes, and available support services
• A health risk assessment campaign and a global fitness challenge
• Seminars and mini-series on yoga; managing anxiety; and fundamentals of financial wellness
• A series of team building events and virtual activities

For 2023 we’re already presenting “Nutrition Trends,” “Healthier, Happier Kids” and “Meal Planning for Busy Families.”
