About the speakers

Salem HadimSalem Hadim heads the Digital Automation and Cloud Solutions consulting and architecture segment at Prolifics. He is an executive architect with a proven track record in practice leadership, P&L management, enterprise architecture and delivering successful business solutions for mid-size to large companies across different industry verticals. Salem has more than 20 years of industry and research experience, with 16 years consulting in areas such as Software Systems, Enterprise Architecture, Applications Integration (EAI), Process Transformation and Intelligent Automation disciplines (BPM, RPA, ECM, DM and AI), Cloud and AI.

BriansBrian Dragunas leads IBM’s Data Fabric business across Americas as a business unit executive. He is responsible for GTM strategy, product direction and sales. IBM’s Data Fabric portfolio enables enterprise-wide capabilities focused on data governance, data integration, data science and AI governance across hybrid architecture. Before his current job, Brian worked in a variety of sales, technical sales and finance roles at IBM. Brian holds a B.B.A in Marketing and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
